Free Shipping
HEARTHNEST offers Free Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges — the shipping cost is always included in your total at checkout. Free Shipping applies to all standard delivery addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Expedited or overnight shipping options may be available at an additional cost; please contact our customer service team for details. Our Free Shipping program is designed to make your shopping experience simple and predictable.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Handling begins once your payment is successfully authorized and your order is confirmed. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, handling may occasionally extend to 3 business days; we will notify you if any delay is expected. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is processed on the same business day, it must be placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders submitted after 5:00 PM EST will be considered as received on the next business day and will begin handling on that day. For example, an order placed at 5:30 PM EST on a Tuesday will begin processing on Wednesday. We recommend placing orders early in the day to minimize any potential delay.
Transit Time & Delivery
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days for standard shipping. Transit time begins after the order has been handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, carrier capacity, or other unforeseen circumstances. HEARTHNEST is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession. If your order has not arrived within 8 business days after shipment, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Shipping Address & Restrictions
We ship to physical addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and residential locations. However, Free Shipping is only available for standard delivery to the 50 states and DC. We do not ship to freight forwarders, international destinations, or US territories at this time. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. HEARTHNEST cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to modify the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters processing.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking link provided. For any questions about the status of your delivery, please check your tracking information first. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
HEARTHNEST takes great care in packaging your items securely. In the rare event that a package arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. While we are not directly liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, we will work with you to resolve the situation. Contact our support team for guidance.
Returns & Exchanges Associated with Shipping
For information about returning or exchanging an item, please refer to our separate Return Policy. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
